	Chris R. Lattanzio Development/Sales/Construction Chris Lattanzio is primarily responsible for the development of all new projects, with a focus on financing and construction management. Lattanzio began his career, while still in college, as an assistant at Coldwell Banker (now known as CB Richard Ellis). As a licensed broker, he specialized in leasing and investment sales, establishing key investment and retail relationships. Lattanzio left CB to join the family business, Latco Enterprises Real Estate Group. After three years as vice president of property management, which included managing portfolios of more than 2,000 apartment units, four high-rise office towers and more than 750,000 square feet of retail space, Lattanzio was positioned as executive vice president of development. He often is called on to speak at real estate-related forums, covering issues that include urban redevelopment, financing and the tenant/landlord relationship.
	Matt Bear Business Development/Leasing/Sales Matt Bear serves as the first point of contact for VDG clients. He specializes in lease negotiation, property acquisition and finding new development opportunities. Bear’s experience in retail and commercial real estate began in 1990. As a Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) and real estate broker, he has played an integral part in the growth and development in the Las Vegas Valley’s exponential growth. Bear’s community leadership and partnerships have provided him with opportunities including teaching real estate classes, speaking at industry events throughout the country, and is continually sought for his expert opinions in local and national media.
	Sheri Makransky Leasing and Marketing Coordinator Sheri Makransky is the Leasing and Marketing Associate for Venture Development Group. Sheri specializes in prospecting, marketing, negotiating and insuring tenant occupancy in all VDG properties. Sheri has over 15 years of Retail Management experience which include: Recruiting, Training & Development, Merchandising, Expense Control and Profitability. Sheri’s energetic style and personality is an asset to the growth of Venture Development Group and customer relations for all current and future developments.
	Tanya A Vasknetz Office Manager Tanya Vasknetz is primarily responsible for daily operations, specializing in financing, construction and property management issues. Tanya’s experience comes from retail banking and mortgage banking. She brings more than 12 years experience in the finance industry.
